Quotes and estimates

Every quote is based on the details you provide: property size, pickup and destination access, stairs, elevators, parking, packing needs, specialty items, and move date. If the actual conditions on move day differ from what was described, the scope, crew size, timing, and price may need to change.

A quote is not a booking. Your move is scheduled only after we confirm the date and scope with you directly.

Your responsibilities

To keep move day predictable, you agree to:

• Describe your property, access, and inventory accurately during quoting
• Reserve elevators, loading docks, or parking where the building requires it
• Keep cash, jewelry, medications, passports, documents, and irreplaceable valuables with you
• Tell us in advance about pianos, safes, artwork, appliances, or other specialty items
• Ensure walkways are clear and safe for the crew on move day

Items we do not transport

For safety and legal reasons we do not move hazardous materials, flammable or explosive items, corrosives, perishables, live plants or animals, or illegal goods. Ask us before move day if you are unsure about an item.

Scheduling and cancellations

Moving dates fill quickly during summer, weekends, and end-of-month windows. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible so we can adjust the crew and truck assignment.
